On the 19th we celebrated Mom's birthday, (a week late). She asked for a cake called Vermont Surprise Cake. It has 1/4 cup maple syrup drizzled on each layer of cake with blueberry filling between.
It was so good to frost a cake again! It had been awhile...
So thankful for my mom...:)
