I've been wanting to make my frosting recipe for a while so I could test the temperature to make sure the egg was cooked. It was! Yea! Of course, I had to put it to good use so I decorated this cake with it.
It was good practice.

We are hosting a baby shower on Saturday so I've been trying to get ideas for a special cake that I could make for it. Today I made little "baby bottles" and "diaper pins" ....I'm planning on using them to decorate cupcakes for the shower.
