Yesterday I decided to 'roll up my sleeves' and make this recipe that a Romanian friend so graciously gave me. It uses lots of cabbage and a good amount of time! The crust is quite fun to make, since ten pieces of dough are layered with butter, left to sit for a bit and then rolled out. :) It was very good and my whole family enjoyed it, which is always a good thing!
