The Requested Recipe... :)

Toasted Marshmallow Milkshakes

4 oz. large marshmallows

2 cups milk

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon sour cream

(optional, large marshmallows for topping)

Preheat the broil. On a foil-lined baking sheet, place the 4 oz of marshmallows in a single layer; broil until charred, 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool. For the optional topping place the desired amount of marshmallows on the sheet and roast just until toasted, 2 minutes; let cool.

In a blender, mix the milk, ice cream, sour cream and charred marshmallows. Serve topped with the toasted marshmallows.

Pictures of these milkshakes are in the post previous. :)

Enjoy!

I am so hungry now! These sound so good. Thanks, Ana:) for posting the recipe. (You are so kind.) Didn't mean to pressure you or anything...
So you broiled them! I pictured you standing at the stove with roasting sticks carefully roasting your marshmallows!
Thanks again,
Love,
